Extra support

Fees
To select a test date, you will need to log in to your myNAATI account again. You will be invited (via email from ) to select a test date once your application is approved. You will receive an email once your application is processed (generally within a week). To apply for the CCL test, you will need to create an account in our customer portal, myNAATI, and submit your application from there. NAATI is not able to amend the expiry date of a credential that has already been issued.
These practice tests are run on the test platform, so you can get familiar with the system before your test day. When you book your test date, NAATI will include a link to a practice test in your test confirmation email. Tests are conducted on demand in line with applications received, or the needs of the relevant business or government department. Due to rostering and staffing requirements, CPI tests can only be booked 5 or more weeks in advance, while some other test types can be booked up to 2 weeks prior.
